This part is directly related to our Phage-assisted continous evolution (PACE) and Phage-related discontinous evolution (PREDCEL) Toolbox. Together with https://parts.igem.org/Part:BBa_K2398022 this part is needed for the generation of geneIII-deficient M13 bacteriophages.
